




We are seeking a Senior HR Analyst with a strong generalist profile to lead key HR processes and contribute to a positive employee experience. This role is pivotal in managing payroll operations in coordination with an external partner, supporting compensation and benefits programs, and driving engagement initiatives that foster a thriving workplace culture. As an HR Generalist, the Senior HR Analyst will also support the implementation and replication of strategic HR programs across areas such as talent management, internal communications, compensation, and talent acquisition. Our teams support each other through daily connections and collaborations, so we can grow together. * Bachelor Degree – Business administration, Industrial Engineering or related field. * 5\+ years’ experience in HR role with focus on compensation, benefits and payroll administration. * Previous experience with project management, people analytics and budgeting. * Previous experience implementing employee engagement and or wellness initiatives preferred. * Previous experience in multinational companies. * Advance English level. * Lead end\-to\-end payroll administration, in coordination with an external partner, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Stay up to date on labor laws and regulations changes. * Manage employee benefits programs. * Support budgeting and forecasting for payroll expenses. * Drive engagement and people experience initiatives as part of a collaborative cross\-market team. * Actively participate in the implementation of strategic HR programs related to talent acquisition and management, internal communications, compensation, and talent attraction. * Collaborate with regional HR COEs and ensure the accuracy of data in our management systems and metrics for HR initiatives and programs. * Provide support to managers and employees on employee relations, leave, and policy compliance.
