To learn more about us and our culture, visit our website: https://www.lasbambas.com/en **WHAT WILL YOUR CHALLENGE BE?** Provide cross-cutting support to management and territorial social management superintendencies in managing social risks with a preventive approach—although when necessary also reactive—using dialogue as a mechanism for the positive transformation of social conflicts, avoiding escalation into crises, violence, blockades, intrusions onto Las Bambas property, or disruptions to our operations and exploration, expansion, and business sustainability projects. In case of escalation, the primary objective will be immediate de-escalation of the conflict without resorting to transactional mechanisms or short-term perspectives. The territories of the social management superintendencies with which this role will interact are: Southern Road Corridor, Operations, Sustainability and Development of the Social Management Management, contributing to the business purpose of producing high-quality copper and by-products in a sustainable and profitable manner, contributing to increased productivity, reduced costs, enabling logistical transport, and anticipating future organizational challenges according to the policies established by the Company and the authority granted by the Social Management Manager. This role is a position of trust and reports directly to the Social Management Manager, to whom it proposes the dialogue and negotiation strategy, and exercises field leadership in coordination with other social management superintendents. The superintendent will report on the achievement of established objectives, will have access to confidential information, and will contribute to shaping Las Bambas' decisions within their scope of work, in alignment with our corporate values, the Corazón Las Bambas social management model, and the Code of Conduct. **HOW WILL YOU CREATE VALUE FROM YOUR ROLE?** * Lead and direct dialogue and negotiation processes in alignment with the implementation of the Social Management Plan according to the Corazón Las Bambas model and other instruments, ensuring the social viability of Las Bambas Mining's production, transportation, and exploration operations. * Plan, propose strategies, and lead dialogue and negotiation processes with communities, interest groups, socio-political actors, districts, and provinces to achieve the business objectives of Las Bambas Mining, contributing to mining production, logistical and concentrate transport, and exploration and business growth. * Manage social risks through dialogue and negotiation strategies. * Lead the evaluation, analysis, and intervention in the prevention of social conflicts and dialogue tables in coordination with internal areas of Las Bambas Mining. * Strategically analyze the mapping, power relations, and leadership of political and social actors in the areas of influence and in the mining, social, and environmental interest areas of Las Bambas Mining, contributing to their ongoing updating. * Prepare reports, documents, presentations, plans, and any other materials required by the Social Management Manager of Las Bambas Mining. * Participate in periodic meetings to report progress on KPIs and achievement of social management objectives, as required by the Social Management Management. * Participate in administrative resource management, comply with and enforce applicable procedures from Logistics, Finance, Contracts, Planning, Control, and all other departments involved in the administrative workflow, to efficiently enable social management within the Superintendency. * Contribute to the consolidation of the Corazón Las Bambas social management model. * Act with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and strictly comply with the policies, procedures, standards, code of conduct, and internal regulations of Las Bambas Mining in the performance of duties and responsibilities. * Other duties inherent to the position and/or requested by the manager. **\#WENEEDYOURTALENT** * Degree in Law, Political Science, Economics, Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, or related fields. * Desired specialization in Social Management, Dialogue, and/or Interculturality. * Postgraduate degree desirable in Social Conflicts and/or Negotiation. * 12 years of experience in similar roles or positions in the public or private sector. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office * SAP proficiency * Intermediate Quechua (desirable) * Intermediate English (desirable) * Class A1 driver's license with 5 years of experience. * Knowledge in: + Information analysis + Social conflict management + Transformative dialogue management + Intercultural policy + International mining policies and standards + Administrative management **\#WeProduceCopperWeProduceTalent** **Advertised:** 02 Oct 2025 SA Pacific Standard Time **Applications close:** 19 Oct 2025 SA Pacific Standard Time
