**Requirements** * Completed bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or related fields, and completed master's degree. * 3 years of experience leading development teams for solutions or as a Development Architect (frontend, backend, cloud, solutions). * Minimum of 3 years of experience managing technology projects, software development, information security, infrastructure, etc. * Experience using process design tools and project management tools. **Knowledge** * Project management methodologies (traditional and agile such as PMI Agile, Scrum) * Risk management, schedule management, budget management, resource management for projects with technological components. * Best practices in advanced software development and design patterns. Clean and hexagonal architecture. * Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms * IT infrastructure migration to cloud environments **Responsibilities** * Plan and monitor area projects and change control, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and scope. * Manage schedules, resources, and deliverables using project management tools. * Lead the implementation of platform components, define components for frontend, cloud services, and artificial intelligence-based services. Review pull requests submitted by developers to ensure proper implementation of solutions, adhering to standards and best development practices. * Facilitate team activities during each development sprint to achieve the backlog committed to the client. Identify blockers early and request support from other leaders or teams. * Collaborate with teams implementing custom developments to identify reusable services, libraries, recurring architectures, and other capabilities developed within the organization. * Work with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, from repositories to work environments: dev, qa, uat, and prod, ensuring proper environment segregation and maintaining automation levels as a priority throughout the build cycle up to production deployment. * Collaborate with product and architecture leads to evaluate implementation alternatives according to design, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
