We are currently looking for a **Junior UI/UX Designer**. **Apply here:** https://vcmpremier.buk.pe/s/PTk4zTz3Niz7QFL5 **Responsibilities:** * Design intuitive and user\-friendly interfaces for mobile applications and web platforms. * Create wireframes, prototypes, and high\-fidelity designs for HVAC scanning and reporting features. * Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs. * Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs. * Maintain a cohesive design system across platforms. **Requirements:** * **Advanced English** * Solid experience in UI/UX design (preferably more than 3 years, but not mandatory) with a portfolio showcasing relevant work. * Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. * Knowledge of user\-centered design principles. * Experience working with development teams. **Bonus Skills (not required):** * Experience with 3D animation tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or Spline. * Ability to create interactive 3D elements and animations to enhance UI/UX. * Knowledge of integrating 3D visuals into web or mobile products. * Familiarity with WebGL, Three.js, or similar libraries is a strong plus. * Experience in mobile app design, motion design or animation, and knowledge of design assets hosted on AWS is also a plus. **Availability:** Immediate **Job Details:** * Employment Type: Full\-time * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM – 100% On\-site * Job Location: Surco (CC.
