If you meet the following requirements, we want to meet you! **Objective:** * Support in designing and maintaining web and mobile digital interfaces, applying best practices in user-centered design, ensuring visual consistency and usability through the use of design systems and libraries in Figma. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in translating business requirements into usable, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces. * Collaborate in user research (interviews, surveys, quick testing) and document key findings. * Support usability testing and provide feedback on findings to optimize solutions. * Participate in defining information architecture and simple interaction flows. * Create low-fidelity prototypes to explore and validate concepts, progressing to high-fidelity prototypes for delivery. * Build and maintain components, libraries, and variables in Figma, ensuring design consistency across products. * Keep design assets, style guides, and visual documentation well organized. * Collaborative work with the development team. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Industrial Design, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Courses or specializations in UX and UI. * Knowledge of Design Systems and best prototyping practices. **Skills:** * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Figma (variables, components, libraries, and design systems). * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. * Creativity and attention to detail. * Empathy and user orientation. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **We Offer:** * On-site work mode in Magdalena del Mar. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We value and promote diversity and equal opportunities, considering all candidates without any form of distinction or discrimination based on gender, age, identity or sexual orientation, religion, socioeconomic status, or disability.
