**Position Purpose** Ensure the proper functioning, updating, and continuous improvement of the institutional website, guaranteeing optimal navigation, security, and an attractive user experience. Likewise, integrate **intelligent solutions** that enhance customer communication through **AI-powered WhatsApp response automation**, **dynamic presentation of products and courses**, and website and payment gateway integration. **Main Responsibilities** **1\. Website Maintenance and Optimization** * Periodically update informational content, images, videos, products, and website sections. * Monitor the website’s proper operation, speed, and security. * Implement technical improvements to optimize performance, SEO, and user experience. * Manage automatic backups and CMS (WordPress) updates. **2\. Automation and WhatsApp Integration** * Implement **AI-powered chatbots or virtual assistants (Dialogflow, Manychat, Chatbase, Zapier, or Make)** to automatically respond to inquiries. * Configure **integrations with the official WhatsApp Business API** to send automated messages, catalogs, and course reminders. * Synchronize the website's database with the messaging system to dynamically present **products, prices, brochures, and course start dates**. * Create customized conversational flows based on visitor type (prospect, student, graduate, etc.). **3\. Technological Integration** * Set up and maintain secure payment gateways (Niubiz, Culqi, PayU, Stripe, among others). * Integrate contact forms, registration systems, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Pixel). * Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsive design across all devices and browsers. * Connect the website with CRM systems or educational platforms (such as Moodle, Google Classroom, or AppSheet, if applicable). **4\. User Experience and Design (UX/UI)** * Improve information architecture and navigation flow to increase user conversion and retention. * Apply principles of **UX** and web accessibility. **5\. Collaboration and Support** * Coordinate with **marketing and communications** teams to maintain visual, branding, and messaging consistency. * Propose new digital strategies and automations to improve user experience and internal processes. * Provide basic technical support and training on CMS usage for internal staff. **Requirements** **Education:** Technical Professional in Software Engineering with Artificial Intelligence, or Technician/Professional in **Systems Engineering, Web Design.** **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** in website maintenance, UX/UI design, or development of automations using AI tools or chatbots. **Technical Skills:** * CMS: **WordPress (essential)**, basic knowledge of Elementor or Divi. * Web languages: **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP** (basic). * Integration with **WhatsApp Business API**, chatbots (Manychat, Chatbase, Dialogflow, or similar). * Automation of conversation flows and sending catalogs or automated messages. * Integration of **payment gateways** and registration forms. * Principles of **UX/UI** and **responsive design**. * Basic knowledge of **Google Analytics.** **Competencies** * Analytical thinking and attention to detail. * Ability to learn and continuously update technical knowledge. * Creativity and user orientation. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Responsibility, proactivity, and results orientation.
