If you have experience designing and executing high-impact campaigns, especially in the telecommunications sector, this opportunity is for you! **Main responsibilities:** * Design paid media strategies: search, social, display, video, programmatic, etc. * Manage unpaid media: email, WhatsApp, push, SMS, etc. * Define positioning and differentiation for the service brands under your responsibility. * Plan and execute launches of new products/services. * Coordinate website changes and creation of advertising materials. * Lead Performance teams and coordinate with other departments. * Supervise the marketing budget and monitor performance indicators. * Define strategies across traditional, digital media, and PR. * Negotiate with advertising, digital, media, and PR agencies. * Closely coordinate with the sales department to align strategies. * Analyze commercial indicators and propose improvements. * Lead trade marketing activities at physical service points. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or related fields. * **1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles within telecommunications companies.** * Knowledge of ATL, BTL, digital media, retail, and activations. * Certifications: Google Ads (Search, Display, Analytics), Meta (Media Planning, etc.). * Additional training in digital marketing, UX, e-commerce, inbound marketing. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Advanced English (spoken and written). **Benefits:** * Employment under a **MYPE payroll** with all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, etc.). * Timely biweekly payments. **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday Excellent work environment, collaborative and results-oriented.
