Hello, we are looking to bring on an intern eager to grow with us in UX/UI Design, contributing to the conceptualization of a new app for the LGBTQ+ community. **Responsibilities:** Design efficient user experiences (UX) by creating user flows that optimize interactions. Develop detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate concepts and facilitate communication with developers and multidisciplinary teams. Define and maintain product visual identity, ensuring consistency and visual appeal. Conduct user research to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points to guide design decisions. Work with professional design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD to produce visual and functional deliverables. Collaborate closely with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and effectiveness.
