At Auna, we work with a comprehensive healthcare model centered on people, the most important pillar of our mission. **Job Mission:** Manage product design to improve adoption and retention **Job Responsibilities:** * Define requirements for product design and improvement (objectives, market type, platform, audience, etc.) to meet market needs and user preferences * Develop product models and prototypes to present to stakeholders and evaluate functionality * Collaborate in launch and post-launch activities: conduct testing, collect and analyze data, identify problems and solutions, etc. * Conduct research to understand user needs and propose improvements in product development and positioning **Requirements:** **Education:** Graphic Design; Web and UX Design; Computer Science or related field **Experience:** 3+ years in product design **Knowledge:** Hooked model, AAARRR Funnel Metrics, UX/UI Design, User research, Prototyping **Software:** HTML/CSS, Project management (Asana, Jira or similar), UX/UI Design (Figma, Sketch) **Offer Conditions:****Benefits:** Formal employment with all statutory benefits.
