We are currently seeking top talent for the position of Mobile Projects Coordinator. **Requirements:** * Completed university studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in digital product development, Agile methodologies, Scrum, User Experience (UX). * Intermediate English level (desirable). * Intermediate level in Excel and Power BI (essential). **Responsibilities:** Mission: Lead the strategy, creation, management, and development of new projects and functionalities for B2E digital tools. * Coordinate and lead strategic projects together with The Coca\-Cola Company, Corporate Executive Management for Commercial and Digital areas supporting commercial operations. * Creation, incubation, and development of strategic digital transformation projects addressing business needs and maximizing the company's top-line indicators. * Manage, administer, and prioritize the development backlog for B2E applications (ACMóvil, others) according to the company’s strategic objectives. As Product Owner, develop and manage user stories. * Lead the complete development lifecycle: ideation, design in collaboration with UX, specification, development, QA, and deployment. * Support the agile team by providing vision, direction, and continuous feedback throughout sprints. * Manage, define, and execute automation of information from different company data sources. * Analyze, manage, and maximize the experience of B2E mobile applications by addressing user needs, improving perception and trust in projects through strong connections with their various products, prioritizing technical improvements. * Analyze usability across different sections of B2E application features to develop action plans that increase usage. * Manage and report project progress and/or new mobile application features to various company stakeholders regarding potential changes affecting strategic objectives.
