This role requires solid testing knowledge, clear communication skills, and empathy to answer questions and keep students motivated. **Would you like to transform lives through education and technology?** ****➡️ Please send us your CV in **English**. **Please note that after your application, and an initial video call, you will need to complete a practical task.** Requirements: For the QA program, we are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) engineer who meets the following requirements: * At least 3 years of professional experience in automated testing (experience with mobile applications is a plus). * Experience in test automation using Selenium \+ Python. * Knowledge of command line tools, browser development tools (DevTools), traffic analyzers such as Charles or Fiddler, and API testing tools like SoapUI and Postman. * Familiarity with testing theory and test design, as well as basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, and system architecture. * Basic SQL knowledge. * Proficiency in English and **Spanish**. * Availability of at least **16\-20 hours per week** to dedicate to your students. **Desirable:** * Previous experience as a Senior QA and as a recruiter or hiring manager. * Having been an online student and a desire to help create the best learning environment in the world for studying QA. What you will do: You will lead a group of students in our QA Engineering program, sharing your experience and inspiring them with your industry knowledge. You will assist them by answering their questions and providing practical advice in the following ways: * **Prepare sessions:** Review and study in advance the content and materials for each class to ensure the best learning experience. * **Lead group sessions:** Conduct webinars of approximately 2 hours, encouraging participation and real-time doubt resolution. * **Provide individual mentorship:** Offer 1:1 sessions with students, dedicating at least 10 hours per week to personalized follow-up and practical guidance. * **Constant communication:** Maintain smooth contact with the TripleTen team through internal channels to align goals, share progress, and resolve any issues. * **Role impact:** You will be more than a tutor: you will become a mentor and role model, helping students grow professionally and confidently face the challenges of the QA world.
