As a Senior Power Platform and Copilot Developer, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Power Platform CoE Lead, you will contribute to cutting\-edge solutions that shape the company’s delivery of value to our clients and our people. **Responsibilities**: * Design applications or services within the organization using Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, AI Builder, Dataverse, Power Platform Connectors * Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code based on defined specifications * Perform code reviews and provide peer coaching/guidance to other team members * Collaborate with teams of developers across multiple regions * Actively participate in team stand\-ups * Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed client's quality criteria * Proactively assist in assessing technology solutions * Contribute to the continuous improvement of our application development lifecycle * Continuously improve internal development and design techniques and keep documentation up to date * Support and oversee intermediate developers **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field * Microsoft Power Platform Development Certifications * Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit for building scalable production grade agentic solutions * Minimum 1 year of experience with Copilot Studio solutions and 2–3 years developing Power Automate and/or Power Apps solutions * Experience with service\-oriented, event\-driven, and microservices architectures * Proficiency with RDBMS (MS SQL, Dataverse) * Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project and defect tracking tools * Understanding of UX principles: user stories, personas, and prototyping * Knowledge of SDLC and Agile Scrum methodology * Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD (ADO or Git), and API\-based integrations * Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal). **Benefits** At Devsu, we believe in creating an environment where you can thrive both personally and professionally.
