**Position Purpose** The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the technical and functional quality of products. This role requires solid experience in backend and frontend development, as well as strategic vision for scaling technological solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Participate in defining software architecture and technology selection. * Develop reusable components and scalable services. * Supervise code reviews and ensure good programming practices. * Collaborate with product, UX, and QA teams to ensure functional deliverables. * Identify opportunities for improvement in performance, security, and maintainability. * Document technical processes and provide mentorship to junior profiles. **Profile We Are Looking For** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with participation in complex projects. * Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React, Angular, etc.). * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, RESTful APIs, CI/CD. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and management tools (Jira, Git). * Ability to solve technical problems, communicate ideas, and lead initiatives. **Conditions** * Modality: On-site * Schedule: Full-time Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.15,000.00 - S/.17,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site position
