We are looking for a **Tech Lead** with proven experience in **backend development and software architecture** to lead our programming team and help us accelerate project completion with quality and scalability. **Responsibilities** * Lead the backend and frontend development team, ensuring organization, best practices, and deadline compliance. * Guide and support developers in resolving technical blockers. * Conduct code reviews (**code reviews**) and define quality standards. * Collaborate with the UX/UI Designer \+ Frontend team to align interfaces with the existing backend. * Design and maintain the **software architecture** (API, security, scalability). * Organize tasks and coordinate deliverables during sprints with the team. * Ensure proper implementation of the mobile app (React Native) and web app (React \+ Tailwind). * Serve as a technical reference for the team and continuously propose improvements. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * **\+5 years of experience** in backend development using **Node.js, NestJS, Express**, or similar frameworks. * Experience with **relational and non-relational databases** (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL). * Knowledge of **REST/GraphQL APIs** and application security. * Experience leading development teams or serving as **Tech Lead / Senior Developer**. * Desired knowledge of frontend technologies (React, React Native, Tailwind). * Experience with **version control (Git/GitHub)** and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Proactive attitude, technical leadership, and strong organizational skills. **Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. / Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Mode: On-site at **TIME Building, Surco (near Jockey Plaza)**. * Work with a young and dynamic team on a high-potential project in the entertainment industry. * Growth opportunities as a technology leader within the company.
