More information: http://coderio.com We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with more than 5 years of software development experience, advanced expertise in frontend with React and backend with TypeScript, and at least 2 years in hybrid product and software development roles. Your mission will be to lead the creation of digital solutions from start to finish: deeply understanding business and user needs, translating them into clear requirements, and turning them into scalable, usable, and high-impact products. You will work cross-functionally with design, product, and business teams, providing technical judgment at every stage—from discovery and feature definition to implementation and iteration based on real-world metrics. **What to expect from this role (Responsibilities)** Lead product discovery and definition, translating user and business needs into clear, prioritized requirements. Develop complex features in React, ensuring scalability, quality, and performance. Build and maintain backend APIs and logic using TypeScript or equivalent languages. Design and run validation prototypes and hypothesis tests in short cycles. Collaborate closely with design, business, and stakeholder teams, facilitating technical and strategic decisions. Define metrics, implement A/B tests, and measure the impact of each delivery on business and product OKRs. **Requirements** Minimum of 5 years of software development experience. \+3 years of proven frontend experience with React (including hooks, context, state management, and testing). \+2 years of experience in hybrid product \+ engineering roles (e.g., Product Engineer, Tech PM). \+3 years of backend development experience with TypeScript. Advanced knowledge of system architecture, API design, and engineering best practices. Experience leading discovery, prototyping, and user validation. Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. **Desirable** Experience in EdTech or similar digital industries. Knowledge of UX/UI and proficiency in Figma.
