We are looking for a hybrid profile: **UX/UI Designer with Frontend Developer skills**, responsible for designing and implementing modern, intuitive, and high-impact interfaces. **Responsibilities** * User experience design (**UX**) for mobile app (React Native CLI or Expo) and web app (React, React Router, Tailwind). * Development of wireframes, interactive prototypes, and complete user flows. * Visual design (**UI**) aligned with brand identity: components, styles, typography, responsive layouts. * Direct implementation in **React / React Native / Tailwind** of designed interfaces. * Close collaboration with backend developer to integrate APIs and functionalities. * Optimization of the experience across different devices (mobile\-first, desktop). * Propose continuous improvements in usability, accessibility, and performance. * Stay up to date with trends in digital design and frontend frameworks. **Requirements** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * **Proven experience in UX/UI and frontend** (minimum 2 years). * Portfolio with real apps/websites (prototypes \+ implementations). * Proficiency in design tools: **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch**. * Experience in frontend: **React, React Native (CLI or Expo), Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, React Router**. * Knowledge of version control (**Git/GitHub**). * Experience collaborating with backend teams. * Intermediate English (not mandatory). **Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. / Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Mode: On-site at **TIME Building, Surco (near Jockey Plaza)**. * Innovative project in the entertainment industry with regional expansion potential. * Professional growth opportunities in digital development.
