Our **Product – Design sub-team** is key to ensuring our platforms are intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent, creating experiences that strengthen trust and customer satisfaction. **Who are we looking for?** We are seeking a **UX/UI Designer (Middle)** to lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact digital experiences. The person will be responsible for designing scalable and accessible interfaces using user-centered methodologies and closely collaborating with product and development teams. This role is ideal for professionals with solid experience in digital design who combine strong technical skills with creativity and innovation, and who can also guide junior designers in good design practices. **Key Responsibilities** * Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes aligned with the Design System and business needs. * Ensure usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across multi-platform products (web, app, dashboard). * Lead design reviews, propose improvements, and validate deliverables through usability testing. * Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Researchers, and front\-end developers to align business goals and user experience. * Maintain and evolve the **Design System**, ensuring uniform application. * Supervise and provide feedback to junior designers on the creation of graphics and prototypes. * Document visual guidelines and best design practices for internal teams. * Explore UX/UI trends and emerging technologies applicable to the fintech sector. **Role Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Digital Design, or related fields. **Experience:** * 3 to 4 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products. * Proven experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B digital platforms (desirable). * Experience in Design System evolution and scalable design projects. **Required Technical Skills:** * Figma – advanced level. * Adobe Suite – advanced level. * Principles of accessibility and usability. **Desirable Technical Skills:** * UX Research (basic/intermediate). * Animation and micro-interactions in interfaces. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). **Key Competencies:** * User-centered design. * Clear and compelling visual communication. * Multidisciplinary collaboration and leadership in design initiatives. * Ability to innovate and apply creative thinking to fintech. * Attention to detail and rigor in visual quality. * Adaptability and resilience when facing priority changes. **Position Conditions** * **Department:** Product * **Sub-department:** Design * **Work mode:** 100% remote. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (GMT\-5\). * **Contract duration:** Indefinite (with a 3-month probation period). * **Estimated start date:** 01/09/2025 **Organizational Location** * **Reports to:** Product Designer / Product Manager. * **Frequent interaction with:** UX Researchers, front\-end developers, Marketing team, Customer Success, and other product squads.
