We are currently seeking a **UX Designer** **Main Responsibilities:** The UX Designer is primarily responsible for defining the user experience. The UX Designer will be in charge of designing through various artifacts and in coordination with team members and stakeholders, placing maximum focus on satisfying the needs of end users, while keeping in mind the requirements and constraints expressed by Business and Technology teams. * Participate in Business Understanding analysis and definition of the target end user for the service/product * Conduct heuristic evaluations * Develop interaction flows * Apply information architecture activities * Apply best practices in user experience and usability standards * Create site maps, content flows, or content structures * Develop interactive prototypes * Work with Design Systems & UI Kits * Perform quality reviews with DEV, usability definitions, and interactions * Knowledge of user research tools and processes * Knowledge of user research tools and processes * Get to know the entire work team to understand how to leverage the different skills available within the project and maximize their potential * Coordinate with the Design Discipline team, sharing and transferring knowledge to team members under their supervision and other Design teams as applicable **Requirements:** * At least three (3) years of experience working as a UX Designer or in similar roles (Product Designer, Interaction Designer, Service Designer), performing the same or similar tasks described in this job description * Knowledge and practical experience in Motion Design, Design Systems, Atomic Design, and defining patterns and components for digital products * Experience designing digital products using prototyping and interface design tools, specifically FIGMA at INTERMEDIATE/EXPERT level * Strong understanding of digital and hybrid platforms and services (both in-person and digital) * Experience analyzing and extracting qualitative and quantitative data * Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in: + Google Suite + Figma + Agile Methodology + Jira + Miro **What We Offer:** We take pride in our multiculturalism because it promotes diversity, equality, respect, tolerance, and inclusion.
