MAIN ROLE The position requires experience in: . Preparing, measuring, and costing budgets for wood, melamine, and metalworking carpentry for furniture and fit-out projects in multi-family and retail developments. . The company has a fully equipped workshop: laser cutting machines for metal, wood, and melamine, edge banders, electrostatic painting booths, laser welders, etc. The selected candidate will be trained on the processes, productivity, and capabilities of the equipment and services offered, so this information can be incorporated and considered when preparing budgets. . Planning and scheduling the manufacturing and installation of furniture projects for retail and multi-family developments. SECONDARY ROLE . Planning, supervising, and controlling workshop fabrication projects. . Supervising on-site furniture installations (retail and real estate), as well as coordinating with other contractors. Ensuring quality standards upon delivery. . Client coordination and presentation of budgets and work plans. SKILLS: Extensive experience in measurement and budgeting for finishes, with emphasis on wood, melamine, and metalworking carpentry; experience supervising furniture fabrication for retail and multi-family projects; experience leading furniture installation projects in retail and real estate; advanced level in AutoCAD, Excel, and SketchUp.
