CONSTRUCTION OF SPORTS FACILITIES COVER AND EXTERIOR WORKS; AT THE EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT UNIT **The following professionals are required:** ✓ 01 Site Resident: Licensed and qualified Civil Engineer ✓ 01 Quality Control Engineer: Mechanical Engineer and/or Civil Engineer, licensed and qualified ✓ 01 Safety Engineer: Industrial Engineer, Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Mining Engineer or Environmental Engineer, licensed and qualified ✓ 01 Mechanical Technician: Maintenance Mechanical Technician and/or Metal Construction Technician and/or Production Mechanics Technician, graduated with 4G certification. ✓ 01 Welding Specialist: Metal Structures Technician and/or Master in Metal Construction and/or Production Mechanics, with 4G certification. **They must prove the following experience:** **Site Resident.** Must demonstrate a minimum of 24 months of experience in the specialties indicated in qualification requirement A, in projects where they participated as site resident and/or supervisor and/or site inspector. **Quality Control Engineer:** Must demonstrate a minimum of 12 months of experience in the specialties indicated in qualification requirement A, in projects where they participated as quality engineer and/or responsible for quality control on site. **Safety Engineer.** Must demonstrate a minimum of 12 months of experience in the specialties indicated in qualification requirement A, in projects where they participated as Safety Officer and/or SSOMA Coordinator. **Mechanical Technician.** Must demonstrate a minimum of 12 months of experience in the specialties indicated in qualification requirement A, in projects where they participated as arc welder with coated electrode – SMAW, holding 3G\-4G certification. **Welding Specialist.** Must demonstrate a minimum of 24 months of experience in the specialties indicated in qualification requirement A, in projects where they participated as welder. **Documentation:** Key personnel experience can be verified with any of the following documents: (i) simple copy of contracts and their respective acceptance, or (ii) statements, or (iii) certificates, or (iv) any other documentation that reliably proves the proposed personnel's experience. Documents proving experience must include the full name of the key personnel, the position held, the duration of service indicating the day, month, and year of start and completion, the name of the issuing entity or organization, the issue date, and the full name of the person signing the document.
