Job Summary: A professional capable of interpreting technical blueprints, preparing materials, cutting, shaping, and welding metals, ensuring quality and safety in welded joints and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Essential role in interpreting blueprints and welding metal parts. 2. Responsible for quality inspection and maintenance of structures. 3. Proficient in various welding techniques and specialized equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES Main Responsibilities * **Technical Interpretation:** Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand design specifications for assembly. * **Material Preparation:** Clean, deburr, and align metal surfaces to ensure optimal joint integrity. * **Cutting and Forming:** Cut and shape metals using equipment such as shears, oxy-fuel cutting, or plasma cutters. * **Part Welding:** Melt and join components using various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, arc welding, or shielded metal arc welding) as required by the job. * **Quality Inspection:** Inspect welded joints to verify strength, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards. * **Maintenance and Repair:** Repair damaged structures and perform maintenance on both workpieces and personal welding equipment. * **Safety Practices:** Strictly adhere to safety protocols and correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including helmets, gloves, and flame-resistant clothing.
