Law Intern
Position Summary:
We are seeking law students with willingness and discipline to delve into the study of obligations, contracts, and estate procedures, developing analytical skills.
Key Highlights:
1. Development of analytical skills in contracts and estate management.
2. Practical training with supervision in contract review and legal support.
3. An environment demanding technical rigor, intellectual discipline, and confidentiality.
**CALL FOR INTERNSHIPS IN CONTRACTUAL AND ESTATE MATTERS**
This call is directed at law students who, despite lacking prior experience, demonstrate a genuine willingness—accompanied by discipline and a methodical mindset—to progressively study obligations, contractual instruments, and the procedures supporting them. The aim is not—at least not at this training stage—to accumulate prior internship experience, but rather to identify an intellectually receptive attitude capable of receiving, organizing, and reworking the materials offered by legal practice in accordance with the principles of internal coherence and systematicity that govern every doctrinal construction.
**I. Required Profile**
Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate:
* Status as a law student with sufficient academic progress to understand the general structure of obligations, the logic of legal acts, and the ordering function of the estate system.
* Analytical capacity for examining contractual documents, identifying their internal architecture, the validity requirements underpinning them, and areas of tension that may anticipate conflict or controversy.
* Aptitude for preparing timelines, an indispensable tool for faithfully and rigorously reconstructing the factual and legal sequence underlying potential estate disputes.
* Willingness to perform methodical work, with order, prudence, and respect for the confidentiality inherent in contractual matters, where information constitutes a legal asset whose integrity must be preserved.
**II. Responsibilities**
Under the guidance and supervision of a firm associate, the intern will participate in activities such as:
* Preliminary review of contracts and documents, with special attention to risk clauses, guarantees, and compliance mechanisms.
* Systematization of key milestones relevant to understanding the contractual process, chronologically ordering the facts that enable identification of the transition from normal estate conditions to crisis.
* Support in drafting reports, summary charts, and analytical frameworks intended to clarify case structure and facilitate legal decision-making.
* Collaboration in document organization, information verification, and preparation of inputs required for administrative or judicial proceedings related to estate matters.
**III. Internship Conditions**
The internship will take place in an environment demanding technical rigor, intellectual discipline, and absolute respect for information integrity. The intern must observe strict confidentiality regarding all data, documents, and communications accessed, understanding that confidentiality is not merely a formal duty but an essential ethical prerequisite for the proper administration of the interests involved.
**IV. Timing and Responsibility**
The internship requires punctuality, consistency, and strict fulfillment of assumed obligations. Unjustified excuses, absences, and any form of disorder or inattention are strictly prohibited, as they are incompatible with the seriousness demanded by the study and management of contractual and estate matters. The intern must assume, with maturity and a strong sense of responsibility, the training commitment offered by the firm.
