On behalf of our industrial-sector client, we are seeking a LOGISTICS ASSISTANT for Ate Vitarte. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, International Business Administration, or related fields. * Preferably, completion of courses, diplomas, or specializations in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or Quality Management Systems. * Minimum 1 year of experience performing logistics or procurement-related functions. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate with suppliers and inspection agencies to ensure process compliance. * Prepare and manage purchase orders, service orders, and quotation requests. * Administer technical and commercial documentation, including certificates, minutes, and records. * Monitor the status of samples, deliveries, response deadlines, and files. * Execute procurement and material supply activities. * Coordinate with the warehouse department regarding goods receipt, dispatch, and inventory control. * Register materials and documentation in the SAP system. * Manage billing processes, monthly closings, and maintain an updated digital archive with full traceability. * Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System procedures as well as Occupational Health and Safety regulations. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits from day one. * Competitive market-aligned remuneration. * Food allowance (Provis).
