We are currently seeking **one (1) 360° Marketing Assistant**, available to work **on-site in Santa Anita – Lima**, and willing to travel to various locations across Lima for filming and content creation. **JOB OBJECTIVE** To provide comprehensive support to the Marketing Department in content creation, audiovisual production, graphic design, and campaign execution—collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager to strengthen the brand’s presence across all channels. **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** * Technical or university degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (preferably in retail or fashion). * Proficiency in design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (minimum requirement). * Knowledge of video editing software (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects — preferred). * Experience managing social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook. * Willingness to travel to stores across Lima for filming and content creation. * Proactive attitude, creativity, and excellent communication skills. * Goal-oriented mindset, creativity, visual sensitivity, teamwork, and adaptability. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** **Content Production and Filming** * Conduct filming at stores, offices, or external locations. * Coordinate with store managers and internal teams to capture audiovisual material. * Ensure proper lighting, framing, and quality in every shot. * Propose content ideas aligned with the brand’s aesthetic. **Editing and Post-Production** * Edit videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, Stories, corporate capsules). * Perform editing, music integration, subtitling, and platform-specific optimization. * Re-edit existing content for campaigns or strategic reuse. **Graphic Design** * Create digital graphic assets: banners, Stories, flyers, ads, and artwork. * Adapt designs to the brand guidelines while maintaining visual consistency. * Prepare materials for internal and external communications. **Social Media Management** * Publish Stories, posts, and videos according to the content calendar. * Monitor post performance and suggest improvements. * Support planning and execution of digital campaigns. **General Departmental Support** * Assist with events, activations, and operational needs. * Manage photo and video asset libraries. * Organize marketing materials. * Provide direct assistance to the Marketing Manager on strategic and operational tasks. **WHAT BENEFITS DO WE OFFER?** * Market-competitive salary with formal MYPE payroll registration from day one, including all statutory benefits: Health Insurance, Family Allowance, Bonus Payments, Vacation Days, and CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios). * Clear career growth path within the Marketing Department. * Dynamic, collaborative, and highly creative work environment. * Opportunity to build a strong portfolio in content and design. * Corporate discounts for you and your family.
