**Job Objective:** Prepare technical and economic quotations for electrical items in installation, maintenance, or assembly projects, ensuring cost accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to defined delivery timelines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze electrical drawings, technical specifications, and quantity take-offs to determine project requirements. * Prepare detailed budgets for electrical items, including materials, labor, equipment, tools, and overhead costs. * Request and evaluate supplier quotations for electrical materials (cables, panels, cable trays, luminaires, etc.). * Identify technical risks or deviations that could impact project costs. * Prepare comparative cost tables and technical alternatives. * Coordinate with engineering or field teams to validate quantities or construction solutions. * Maintain up-to-date unit price databases and supplier databases. * Participate in preparing technical and economic proposals for public and private tenders. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical or university degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years preparing budgets and quotations for electrical projects. * **Technical Knowledge:** \* Reading of electrical drawings. \* Preparation of quantity take-offs and analysis of unit costs. \* Proficiency in budgeting software (S10, Presto, or similar). \* Intermediate/advanced level MS Excel. \* National technical regulations (NTCSE, RETIE, etc., as applicable by country). * **Skills:** \* Attention to detail \* Analytical ability \* Organization and time management \* Effective communication **Desirable:** * Knowledge of medium- and low-voltage projects. * Experience participating in tender processes. * Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing review.
