Job Summary: This role involves supervising work crews, ensuring compliance with standards, coordinating operations, and preparing construction progress reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical and quality standards supervision and compliance. 2. Coordination of personnel, materials, and on-site safety. 3. Generation of progress reports and fault detection. * Assist in supervising work crews. * Verify that work is performed in accordance with technical procedures and quality standards. * Supervise the proper use of materials, tools, and safety equipment. * Ensure compliance with on-site safety and hygiene regulations. * Monitor daily work progress and report accordingly. * Assist in coordinating schedules, personnel, and materials. * Identify faults or rework requirements and promptly communicate them for correction. * Prepare basic construction progress and material consumption reports. * Accompany and support operational staff training.
