Company is looking for Maintenance Personnel Requirements: * Technical studies in electricity and/or related fields (desirable) * Knowledge in plumbing, infrastructure, and lighting repairs. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in different locations of the brand. * Availability to work in Ate (Alt. Paradero Quechuas) Functions * Check and refill water dispensers, ensuring their availability for office staff. * Cleaning of offices and other areas * Cleaning of restrooms * Cleaning of stairs and handrails * Supervise work performed by suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and established deadlines. * Perform monthly inspection of fire extinguishers and record corresponding controls, ensuring functionality in case of emergency. * Conduct vehicle checklists upon entering and leaving the AMS central headquarters, ensuring their proper condition. * Immediately report to SS GG supervisors any changes or suggestions made by suppliers, in order to make timely decisions. * After completion of supplier work, ensure all areas are clean and organized, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, systems, and assets at the AMS central headquarters, ensuring their proper operation. * Coordinate with SS GG supervisors before carrying out any maintenance work, ensuring approval and proper planning. * At the end of daily duties, report to SS GG supervisors on the status of completed tasks and any relevant incidents. * Before performing any high-risk tasks, use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure personnel and environmental safety. * Purchase necessary materials or other resources required for maintenance activities, as needed at the time. * Other duties assigned by management or administration department. * Clean windows of both buildings every 15 days, contributing to maintaining a clean and orderly environment. * Regularly control and update inventory of tools, equipment, and materials used in maintenance tasks to ensure availability and prevent shortages. * Respond to minor emergencies during working hours, such as equipment or facility failures. * Painting and maintenance of offices and common areas Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Application questions: * Do you have availability to work in Ate (Alt.
