Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Maintenance Staff member with knowledge in plumbing, infrastructure, and lighting to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, supervise suppliers, and clean premises. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities. 2. Supervise supplier work and ensure quality standards. 3. Ensure resource availability and workplace safety. The company is currently seeking Maintenance Staff. Requirements: * Technical studies in electricity and/or related fields (preferred) * Knowledge of plumbing, infrastructure, and lighting repairs. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across various brand locations. * Availability to work in Ate (Alt. Paradero Quechuas) Responsibilities: * Inspect and replenish water containers, ensuring their availability for branch staff. * Clean offices and other premises * Clean restrooms * Clean stairs and handrails * Supervise the execution of work performed by suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and established deadlines. * Conduct monthly fire extinguisher inspections and record the corresponding control logs, ensuring functionality in case of emergency. * Perform vehicle checklists for company vehicles upon entry and exit from the AMS central headquarters, ensuring their proper condition. * Immediately report to the General Services Management any changes or suggestions proposed by suppliers, to enable timely decision-making. * Upon completion of supplier-performed work, ensure all premises are clean and orderly, contributing to a safe and efficient workplace. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, systems, and assets at the AMS central headquarters, ensuring their proper operation. * Coordinate with General Services Management prior to executing any maintenance work, ensuring approval and appropriate planning. * At the end of daily duties, report to General Services Management on the status of completed tasks and any relevant incidents. * Before performing any high-risk work, use the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure personnel and environmental safety. * Procure materials or any other resources required for maintenance tasks, as needed at the time. * Other duties assigned by management or administration leadership. * Clean windows of both buildings every 15 days, contributing to maintaining a clean and orderly environment. * Regularly monitor and update the inventory of tools, equipment, and materials used in maintenance tasks to ensure availability and prevent shortages. * Respond to minor emergencies during working hours, such as equipment or facility failures. * Paint and maintain offices and common areas Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to work in Ate (Alt.
