Consorcio Rumage is seeking 6 loader assistant / jumbo or bolter assistant personnel for its operation at CORIPUNO mine **PERSONNEL WITH 6 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE IN CONVENTIONAL MINING AND/OR SEMI-MECHANIZED MINING REQUIRED** **Responsibilities:** * Assist the lead loader or equipment operator in properly carrying out tasks, including loading for effective blasting, following established procedures. * Receive instructions from the supervisor regarding assigned tasks and actively participate in Daily Safety Talks. * Follow all safety work procedures and practices. * Assist the driller in transporting, installing, assembling, and disassembling drilling equipment. * Prepare and maintain work areas, ensuring cleanliness and order. * Support in preparing drilling fluids to ensure proper well lubrication. * Participate in collecting and handling geological samples, correctly labeling them. * Handle and transport drill rods and other materials. * Assist in basic maintenance and repair of drilling equipment. * Monitor supply and equipment levels necessary for operations. * Ensure personal safety and the safety of coworkers. **Working Conditions:** * Competitive salary * Official employment from day one with all statutory benefits * 100% covered housing and meals * 20*10 work schedule * General regime Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,200.00 per month Workplace: On-site
