**Job Description** We are looking for a **Painter Operator** to carry out surface preparation and paint application tasks, ensuring high-quality finishes while complying with the company’s safety standards and established procedures. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, cleaning, filling, priming). * Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray guns (as required). * Mix paints and prepare materials according to technical specifications. * Perform touch-ups and corrections to ensure a uniform finish. * Maintain tools and work equipment in good condition. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and personal protective equipment usage regulations. * Report equipment defects or maintenance needs. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience using paint spray guns (Graco). * Courses or training related to the trade.
