To find out more visit **www.lenovo.com**, and read about the latest news via our **StoryHub**. ### **Description and Requirements** **Job Responsibilities:** * Assist the Marketing Manager in developing, deploying, and controlling all Marketing and Communications campaigns, including events, advertising (online and offline), incentive programs, social media, upselling, cross\-selling, and sales enablement. * Design and execute digital\-led, always\-on end\-to\-end marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand awareness. * Liaise with internal teams (sales, channels, procurement, product) to ensure proper planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities. * Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns, providing actionable insights. * Collaborate with alliance partners to develop and implement partner marketing campaigns. * Stay updated on market and online trends relevant to the brand to ensure campaigns and promotions remain competitive and relevant. Manage marketing activities across Peru, Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Ecuador. * ✅ **Job Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * Experience: Proven experience as a corporate marketing specialist or in a similar role. Working knowledge of market research, trends, surveys, and data analysis. * Languages: Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory, as global campaigns are conducted in English. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
