We are currently seeking motivated Occupational Health specialists to join our Medical Staff at the Municipal Polyclinic Medical San Miguel. **REQUIREMENTS** Medical degree with specialization in Occupational Health. Valid medical license and RNE. Minimum 3 years of experience (including medical residency). Exceptional communication skills and empathy to build strong relationships with patients. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Prepare Occupational Medical Reports. Establish meaningful connections with patients and adapt care to their individual needs. Collaborate with the medical and care team to ensure continuous and coordinated care. Contribute to community well-being by promoting workers' health. **SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION** Rotating schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 1 PM Hybrid work model Salary: S/. 2000 \- 2500 per hour Professional service fee receipt Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
