Secondary Level Teacher in all subject areas The teacher at the private educational institution Inca Garcilaso de la Vega ensures the comprehensive development of students and fosters the desired graduate profile. The candidate aligns with the institution's educational principles, carries out pedagogical work in collaboration with other members of the educational community, and works closely with the Administration, Deputy Directors, and Coordinators, bearing the primary responsibility for student competency development and achievement. Main responsibilities: \- Participate in the assigned institutional committee, committing to the scheduled Annual Work Plan. \- Design and produce necessary printed and/or virtual teaching materials for learning sessions, considering student competency development. \- Carry out planning, implementation, and evaluation within their area of expertise: \- Plan and submit annual planning, competency matrix, content outline, evaluation instruments, and diagnostic assessment prior to the start of classes. \- Submit programming documents according to the number of weekly teaching hours. \- Relate content across different subjects and disciplines. \- Develop in students the competencies that enable them to learn. \- Evaluation: Prepare assessments according to the school's established standards and methodology: Formative assessment. \- Grade and return assessments within established deadlines. Provide feedback to students and parents regarding results to ensure learning within agreed timeframes. \- Know and implement the document: MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SCHOOL COEXISTENCE, in all school environments, with a formative approach. **\-** Maintain the highest level of knowledge and professional development in their discipline by proactively and independently participating in professional development activities to stay updated on content, methodologies, teaching\-learning strategies, and assessment systems. ● **Teachers must:** \- Hold a professional teaching degree \- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience \- Be proficient in Competency-Based Curriculum.
