Requirements: * Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Networking, Computer Systems, or related fields. * Minimum three (3) years of experience in similar roles involving network and/or security monitoring and support services. * CCNA certification (mandatory). * Knowledge of network incident diagnosis and resolution. * Knowledge of monitoring, traffic analysis, and performance optimization.
