Responsibilities: * Supervise execution of power outage operations, reconnections, new connections, disconnections, consumption measurement, verification, fault handling, meter removals, illegal connections, electricity theft, and anti-illegal operation campaigns. * Supervise adherence to response time standards set by our client. * Ensure operational staff safety. * Prepare and submit monthly reports to our client. * Other responsibilities as assigned.
