Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on mechanical and electronic equipment, and to diagnose and repair industrial control systems and machinery. Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex problems **MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Completed technical education in Mechanical Maintenance. · Solid knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electricity. · Solid knowledge of control systems, automation, and industrial machinery. · Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals. · Ability to diagnose, repair, and adjust various types of machinery, installations, and mechanical or electronic components. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive, results-oriented attitude. · Work experience in plastic industry companies. · Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance. · Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of injection molding machines such as: Engel, Husky, Haitian, and Weltec **(Desirable).** · Availability to work on-site in ATE. · **Availability to work rotating shifts** Monday through Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:20 p.m. (overtime until 7:00 p.m.) or 7:00 p.m. to 5:20 a.m. (overtime until 7:00 a.m.). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on mechanical or electronic equipment. · Diagnose and repair industrial control systems, automation systems, and machinery. · Conduct regular inspections to anticipate potential failures and reduce downtime. · Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex problems. **BENEFITS:** · Market-competitive salary. · Food card. · 68% daily food coverage. · Profit-sharing participation. · Full statutory benefits: Payroll enrollment from day one, CTS, bonuses, vacations, ESSALUD, among others. · Access to EPS.
