**Job Description:** We are HUMANTA Restaurant & Bio Café, a project aimed at promoting responsible consumption, fair trade, and solidarity economy, integrating products from small producers and cooperatives across various regions of Peru. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals eager to grow and take on the role of Multifunctional Customer Service Assistant. **What We Are Looking For:** Minimum 6 months of experience in restaurants, cafés, or retail stores. Age between 23 and 37 years. Ability to work under pressure, in teams, and solve problems. Strong interpersonal skills. Good verbal communication skills. High agility and speed. Availability to work in Jesús María, near Rambla. **Main Responsibilities:** - Cleaning and organizing the restaurant. - Setting up and preparing your area before daily service begins. - Taking customer orders and addressing their inquiries. - Conducting physical inventory of bio-store products and supplies. - Operating restaurant management systems; minimum 3 months of cash register experience required. - Basic kitchen knowledge to assist during peak demand periods. - Experience operating espresso machines. - Supporting kitchen operations and other related tasks. **Employment Conditions:** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. 48 weekly working hours + overtime pay. Lunch provided. Weekly day off: 1 day per week. Pleasant work environment. Performance-based salary increases tied to individual performance and sales. Position Type: Full-time.
