We are seeking a **Security Supervisor for CONSORCIO RUMAGE S.A.**, to supervise and manage security operations at our facilities. * Plan guard duties with clear and precise objectives. * Direct the assignment of personnel during your shift, providing necessary resources to carry out assigned tasks. * Report work activities falling outside the cost structure. * Supervise and control task execution, enforcing compliance with established PETS and Standards. * Participate in resolving operational issues, as required. * Report and present incidents occurring during your shift. * Coordinate actions for prevention and correction of unsafe acts and conditions, and promote environmental prevention and control. * Motivate subordinates using appropriate leadership tools. * Delegate work responsibilities to your foreman following prior training. * Deliver the work order and Continuous IPERC documentation, listing names of personnel assigned to the task. * Monitor the utilization and efficiency of mining equipment. * Strictly monitor explosive usage. * Provide technical or safety training to personnel, aiming for continuous improvement. * Apply management tools appropriately and timely. * Review and sign daily time cards of personnel under your supervision. * Maintain records of drilling and blasting activities (e.g., drill bits, sharpening, drill pattern, explosives, etc.). * Report completed tasks at the end of your shift. * Comply with and enforce the Integrated Policy of the IMS. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate Mining Engineer, licensed, registered, and authorized \- EXPERIENCE: 4–5 years in the mining industry. \- KNOWLEDGE: Advanced-level Windows and MS Office proficiency.
