Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanical Technician with experience in the plastic sector to carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on mechanical or electronic equipment. Solid knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electricity. **Maintenance Mechanical Technician \- Plastics** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Complete technical training in Mechanical or Electronic Maintenance. · Solid knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electricity. · Solid knowledge of control systems, automation, and industrial machinery. · Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals. · Ability to diagnose, repair, and adjust various types of machinery, installations, and mechanical or electronic components. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive, results-oriented attitude. · Work experience in companies within the plastic sector. · Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance. · Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of injection molding machines such as: Engel, Husky, Haitian, and Weltec **(Desirable).** · Availability to work on-site in ATE. · **Availability to work rotating shifts** Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:20 p.m. (overtime until 7:00 p.m.) or 7:00 p.m. to 5:20 a.m. (overtime until 7:00 a.m.). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on mechanical or electronic equipment. · Conduct diagnostics and repairs of control systems, automation systems, and industrial machinery. · Carry out regular inspections to anticipate potential failures and reduce downtime. · Collaborate with other technical teams to solve complex problems. **BENEFITS:** · Market-competitive salary. · Food card. · 68% daily food coverage. · Profit-sharing participation. · Full statutory benefits: Payroll registration from day one, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), bonuses, vacation, ESSALUD, among others. · Access to EPS (Private Health Insurance).
