What will be your main challenge ❤️ ? Ensure analytical reliability in the plant's laboratories by reporting any anomalies and participating in related control and improvement analyses. What can you do in this role ? Verify and enforce quality parameters from product receipt to dispatch. Check personnel hygiene and health conditions, as well as compliance with cleaning and disinfection procedures in the plant and warehouses. Enforce adherence to established process parameters, finished product characteristics, HACCP prerequisites, and proper use of control forms by personnel. Perform sensory and physicochemical analyses on intermediate and finished products, as well as coordinate sample shipments and result reporting with internal and external laboratories. Issue technical quality reports and documents when necessary.
