**Job Description** At SEPROCAL Operations, we want you to become part of our Work Team; therefore, we are seeking a Training Technician for the INMACULADA UM who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS** 1.- Education: Graduated as a Heavy Equipment Operations Technician. 2.- Training: Specialization courses related to mining. (Desirable) 3.- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience performing similar duties and responsibilities in a mining camp. 4.- Availability to travel. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare presentations for the proper operation of heavy equipment used in mining units. * Conduct visits to mining units to provide practical and theoretical training to operators. * Evaluate heavy equipment operators through written and practical exams at the mining unit. * Prepare detailed performance reports for each operator. * Plan daily training tasks to ensure the established work program is fulfilled. * Identify training needs among operating personnel and propose specific activities that enhance their competencies (knowledge, skills, and attitude). * Monitor the correct operation of equipment. * Participate in meetings held to review improper equipment operation by operators. * Reduce damage caused by operators to heavy equipment. * Permanently report all relevant matters under their responsibility to Corporate Management. * Achieve the established job performance indicators. * Comply with and enforce the regulations set forth by the current contractor and mining titleholder regulations. * Comply with and promote the IMS-SHEM: Policy, objectives, communication, accountability, risk-based thinking, and continuous improvement. **WE OFFER:** 1.- Career development opportunities 2.- Payroll registration from day one 3.- Position type: Full-time, Permanent 4.- Salary: Competitive market rate Position type: Full-time Work Location: On-site position

Requirements: \- Graduate in Mechanical or Maintenance Technology, or related field. \- One to two years of experience operating machinery and tools in mining, oil, or industrial industries. \- Must reside in areas adjacent to Lurigancho\-Chosica.
