**Location:** Áncash **Modality:** In-person – Work schedule Monday to Saturday **Project duration:** 12 months – with rotation after 60 days **We are looking for a professional with social sensitivity and experience in community dialogue.** Role: Be responsible for maintaining transparent communication with communities, managing project social acceptance, and preventing social conflicts. **Requirements:** * Professional in **Sociology, Social Work, Anthropology, Communication, Law, or Psychology**. * 5 years of experience as a **community relations officer, social specialist, or social manager** in environmental or mining projects. * Training in: * **Conflict Management or Community Communication** – minimum 12 hours. * **Social Responsibility or Sustainable Development** – minimum 12 hours. **We offer:** * Opportunity to participate in environmental remediation projects with positive impact. * Ongoing training in social management and sustainability.
