Within its Coca\-Cola franchise, the company serves a population of more than 123 million in northern and western Mexico, as well as in Ecuador, Peru, northern Argentina, and the southwestern region of the United States. **Arca Continental** is listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange under the symbol "AC". **Position Opening** **Zonal Sales Manager** **Provinces** **Code**: JZV\- IQUITOS **Location**: Iquitos **Reports to:** Sales Manager \- Traditional Channel III **Requirements:** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * 2 or more years of experience leading or supporting teams. * Advanced level in Excel. * Valid driver's license required. * Must reside in Iquitos. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Familiarity with commercial systems and platforms is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Manage, supervise, and motivate the assigned sales force based on business policies and guidelines to achieve established objectives and ensure customer and consumer satisfaction. * Manage and oversee all activities necessary to meet sales targets and market share goals. * Monitor and analyze key business performance indicators (fundamental metrics), ensuring achievement of productivity targets. * Implement and manage sales processes according to the Commercial Operations Manual to ensure proper management of the sales area. * Train and evaluate the sales team on their market activities to ensure correct execution of the sales routine and compliance with performance and operational metrics at each point of sale. * Coordinate and ensure timely reporting of progress and execution of trade marketing plans, guaranteeing adherence, compliance, and improvement in market execution quality index levels. * Increase cold equipment market coverage to improve market execution index and sales volume.
