Job Description ***Production operator required for the position of production assistant; work is located in the district of Ate with a gross remuneration of S/1,300.00*** **Education:** **Completed secondary education.** **REMUNERATION: S/1,300** **Responsibilities:** - Ensure that the machine and the work area are clean and organized. - Assist in preparing production inputs. - Support the MB Machine Operator in sealing and stacking finished production bags. - Assist with other machines, as required during production changes. - Comply with established environmental, quality, and occupational health and safety standards. - Comply with the company’s IMS policy and other applicable legal requirements and regulations. - Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, four rotating 12-hour shifts (07:00 AM to 07:00 PM or vice versa) **Benefits:** - All statutory benefits (formal payroll registration) - Breakfast and lunch fully covered by the company (100%). - Lunches and dinners covered by the company at 70%. - Complimentary oncology insurance. - Transportation allowance of 78 soles per month.
