FUNCTIONS \* Design and create the room’s environment—including physical infrastructure, staff, services, and processes—to ensure customer entertainment and loyalty. \* Participate in, develop, and execute the room’s annual business plan aligned with the company’s defined business strategy, including—among other items—the definition of room objectives and the annual budget required to achieve specific room goals. \* Collaborate in formulating marketing actions and commercial strategies to meet established sales targets. \* Coordinate with room staff and Head Office personnel to properly address operational and personnel-related matters ensuring smooth room operations. \* Supervise the optimal condition of the room’s infrastructure and operations, and manage resources efficiently to ensure proper room performance. \* Ensure that company policies, regulations, rules, and procedures are implemented and respected by all staff in the room to maintain appropriate labor relations. \* Train and supervise room staff in their respective job functions to improve customer service and guarantee an optimal service level. \* Propose and justify all necessary changes in the room (machines, infrastructure, expenses, investments, etc.) to enhance and achieve sales and service quality objectives. \* Supervise and verify that the room complies with required security measures for the business. \* Evaluate customers based on their gaming behavior (betting level, playing time, etc.) to identify VIPs and provide them with more personalized services and attention. \* Be aware of special dates for VIP customers (e.g., wedding anniversaries, graduations, etc.) and coordinate with the Marketing Department to arrange souvenirs or celebrations aimed at customer retention. \* Participate in planning, organizing, and executing room promotions and events, taking into account customer and staff complaints, requests, and suggestions. \* Prepare required reports and fulfill other duties inherent to the position. \* Prepare staff schedules. \* Issue staff recognitions and disciplinary actions. \* Plan and schedule staff vacation calendars. \* Schedule maintenance, cleaning, and general equipment upkeep. \* Interview candidates applying for positions within the room. \* Determine contract renewals and renewal periods. \* Conduct monthly cash and vault audits. \* Know the location and operation of security equipment and systems—including alarms, electrical switches, water valves, fire extinguishers, etc.—for timely and appropriate use in case of emergency. \* Receive visits from state entities. \* Handle all types of municipal procedures. \* Implement and conduct CIVIL DEFENSE activities. \* Review RDs (Regulatory Decrees), machine logs, MINCETUR code, and report any observations. \* Perform any other duties inherent to the position.
