Providing close and expert advisory support aligned with the Wow service model to build trust; successfully selling BCP’s financial products; and conducting timely follow-ups to close transactions, retain customers, and drive new business opportunities. How will you make a big impact? Delivering clear and personalized advisory support to customers, following the Wow service model, to build trust and lasting relationships. Offering and selling BCP’s financial products according to each customer’s needs. Following up with customers to ensure their transactions are completed correctly. What do we need from you? University students and/or technical graduates in related fields such as Economics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, and Accounting. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales of financial products. Proficiency in Microsoft Office at the user level. Why join our team?
