Mi Brevete Seguro Driving School is looking for a **Multifunctional Assistant - Sales**. In this position, your main responsibility will be to provide efficient and organized administrative support, ensuring proper filing and documentation processes, accurate cash handling, and actively promoting and driving services to increase applicant enrollments, improve customer experience, and achieve the financial goals set by the commercial management department. **This opportunity is for you!** **Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized and professional service to each client, listening to their needs according to requested course information and medical examination details, in order to offer the most suitable service. * Collect payments from applicants for school services, issue payment receipts, and record each transaction. Additionally, close the cash register at the end of the shift, reconcile cash amounts, and make necessary deposits. * Make phone calls and send WhatsApp messages or emails to potential and interested clients, following marketing and promotional strategies established by the commercial management department. * Assist the management team in preparing necessary administrative documents, reports, and records for the school's operations. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Administration or related fields. * Class A-1 driver's license (valid for 2 years). * Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar roles, preferably in administrative areas. **Knowledge:** * Customer service and sales. * Cash handling. * Intermediate office software skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **Skills:** * Service orientation. * Teamwork. * Ability to work under pressure. * Cash handling and confidentiality. **Benefits:** * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Continuous training for skill development. * Unlimited commissions. **Working Conditions:** * Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM. * Saturday from 08:00 AM to 01:00 PM. * RxH modality.
