




Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Assistant with a goal-oriented profile focused on time optimization, specializing in environmental and occupational health and safety (OHS) consulting. Key Highlights: 1. Drafting technical reports for environmental and OHS monitoring. 2. Processing and analyzing data for project deliverables. 3. Quality control and archiving of technical documents. An environmental consulting firm specializing in occupational health, OHS, and equipment sales is seeking top talent to fill the position of “Project Area Assistant”, requiring a goal-oriented profile with strong time management skills. Main Responsibilities: * **Preparation and drafting of technical reports** for environmental monitoring (air, water, soil, noise), occupational health, and OHS management, ensuring data consistency and regulatory compliance. * **Processing, analysis, and interpretation of laboratory data** derived from field measurements and outputs for accurate inclusion in project deliverables. * Executing operational and consulting activities in close coordination with the immediate supervisor, ensuring adherence to work schedules. * **Ensuring quality control, organization, and archiving** of chain-of-custody records, calibration certificates, and other technical documents related to projects. Requirements: * **Education:** University graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering, OHS, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in environmental consulting firms, laboratories, or project departments, **with proven experience in drafting technical reports.** * **Knowledge:** Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency (Word and Excel essential for reporting). Solid understanding of environmental monitoring methodologies, current regulations, and OHS management.
