We are currently seeking a DERMATOLOGY Specialist Physician motivated to join our Medical Staff. **REQUIREMENTS** Medical degree (licensed and authorized) with specialization in Dermatology. Valid medical license and RNE. Minimum 3 years of experience (including medical residency). Exceptional communication skills and empathy to build strong patient relationships. Willingness to attend training on holistic health approaches to enhance professional competencies. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Attend interconsultations requested by various outpatient medical services. Formulate diagnoses, perform examinations, and prescribe treatments for patients. Accurately record patient progress, prognosis, and treatment in the electronic medical record. Provide patients with detailed and truthful information regarding their condition, prognosis, and disease progression. Contribute to community well-being by promoting preventive health and medical education. **SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION** Flexible schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM–1 PM / 2 PM–6 PM Employment type: Part-time / Full-time Bonus for dermatological procedures and preparations Fee-for-service payment Position type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.8,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
