We are currently seeking Gynecology specialists motivated to join our Medical Staff at the Municipal Polyclinic Medical San Miguel. **REQUIREMENTS** Medical degree with specialization in Gynecology Valid medical license and RNE. Minimum 3 years of experience (including medical residency). Exceptional communication skills and empathy to build strong relationships with patients. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Conduct medical consultations, providing diagnoses, recommendations, and treatment plans to patients. Establish meaningful connections with patients and tailor care to their individual needs. Collaborate with the medical and healthcare team to ensure continuous and coordinated care. Contribute to community well-being by promoting preventive health and medical education. **SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION** Flexible schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM–1 PM / 3 PM–6 PM Hourly wage: S/. 35\-40 Bonuses for procedures, ultrasounds, and medical reports Position type: Full-time Monthly salary: S/.3,500\.00 \- S/.4,400\.00 Work location: On-site employment
